Grand Junction, CO – On August 20, 2026, at approximately 10:15 a.m., officers with the Grand Junction Police Department responded to a report of a bicycle versus vehicle crash in the area of Riverside Parkway and S 9th Street.
Preliminary investigation indicates that a bicyclist riding southbound on S 9th Street struck the side of a truck traveling eastbound on Riverside Parkway.
The Grand Junction Fire Department transported the bicyclist to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
