The purpose of HARC is to preserve, maintain, and enhance the historic character, scale, architectural integrity, and cultural resources of the Town and the Telluride Historic Landmark District.

II. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

SUMMARY: Consideration of a Minor-Scale alteration of a rated structure that does not increase its floor area inside the THLD, per LUC 7-203.A.3.c.2. The structure is currently in violation, as it was constructed without a permit.
