1. PROJECT TITLE: 510 W Columbia Avenue Minor Subdivision
SUMMARY: Consideration of a Minor Subdivision pursuant to LUC Sections 6-403.B and 6-406.D.2 to vacate the internal lot line between Lots 39 and 40, Block 9, West Telluride Addition, and aggregate the two existing lots into one approximately 5,625-square-foot lot to be known as Lot 40R.
