CALL TO ORDER
I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. There are no minutes to approve at this meeting. June, July, and August minutes will be presented at the September Regular meeting.
II. PUBLIC COMMENT

III. ACTION ITEMS
A. Consideration of a Request from Lela and Jon Martin for an Exception to the
Permitted Capital Improvement Limits as Permitted by Paragraph 12(c)(iv) of
the applicable Deed Restriction.
IV. WORKSESSION ITEMS
A. Consideration of a Request from Alpine Planning proposing to deed
restrict Unit H Pacifica House Condominiums an employee dwelling unit pursuant to
Guidelines §211, Deed Restricting Free Market Units, for mitigation of new construction.
