A Fistful of Awesome is a 5-pitch rock climbing route located on the Waterfall Wall near Red Mountain Creek in Ouray, Colorado. Situated at an elevation of 10,925 feet, the route covers approximately 500 feet and is rated 5.10 YDS with a Grade III classification. It offers both trad and sport climbing options. The climb begins at the water's edge, where access depends on creek levels; climbers may cross via a Tyrolean or scramble up a gully. The five pitches include Green Slab (5.6), Ditreedral Roof (5.10, featuring a roof crux and bypass option), The Wave (5.8), Forest (5.7), and a final 5.9 pitch known for solid rock. The top provides views of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Parking is available near the creek, and packs can be left at a rappel station or on the Sidewalk Ledge. Descent typically involves lowering or rappelling from the top of Pitch 5 to the Sidewalk Ledge, followed by a walk-upriver or rappelling down a 4th class ramp.
