The Buttermilk Bowls Loop is a challenging mountain biking trail that spans 8.80 miles, with an elevation of 10,090 feet. This difficult route is suitable for experienced riders, featuring a mix of singletrack and possibly some doubletrack sections, with varying trail conditions throughout the season. From April to October, riders can expect to encounter a range of terrain, including steep climbs and technical descents, with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. Parking is available at the trailhead, and pets are allowed to accompany riders on this scenic and demanding loop.
