Trail is in good condition. No significant obstacles or hazards reported.
From town, keep to the outer left trail to access Elitches, which will ascend along a prominent ridgeline up to the Tower of Power, at which point you can continue up along Twist and Shout to the top or descend the way you came or on any number of other trails via Powerline Rd.
