Far Out is a rock climbing area in Aspen, Colorado, located at an elevation of 9,927 feet. The site features moderate difficulty routes, primarily sport and top-rope climbs. A specific route at this location begins on an arete, traverses left to anchors, or climbs a short overhang to a ledge before ascending heucos to a notch and crux. Protection consists of seven bolts leading to chain anchors with permanent carabiners. Access includes available parking and allows pets. The climbing season runs year-round from January through December. The area is approximately 15 to 30 minutes from downtown Aspen.
