Fat Bastard is a difficult traditional rock climbing route located on the Rincon Wall in Telluride, Colorado. The climb is a steep hand and finger crack that finishes wide, with an estimated length of 45 feet. It is situated on the only north-facing wall in the area, which hosts several overhanging routes. Climbers should expect conditions that can get dirty after storms due to less exposure and traffic. The route offers solid protection, requiring gear up to 3 inches, with the option for larger pieces and a two-bolt anchor. First ascended by Damon Johnston and Charlie Fowler, the spot is accessible year-round from January through December. Parking is available at the site, and pets are permitted on the approach trail.
