Flat Top-Peach Valley BLM is an upland desert landscape within the Gunnison Gorge National Conservation Area, located near Montrose, Colorado. While widely recognized for mountain biking and off-highway vehicle (OHV) use, the area supports hiking on approximately 75 miles of trails. The terrain consists of rolling hills and scenic valleys. The site is accessible year-round and offers parking. It is pet-friendly. Access is via Highway 50 north from Montrose for about 9 miles, then east on Falcon Road, which becomes Peach Valley Road, continuing about 4 miles toward the OHV area. The elevation is 5,886 feet. Typical hiking duration is around 2 hours. The difficulty is rated as moderate. The area features two OHV play areas, including an ATV and motorcycle site.
