FS Road 131 is a mountain biking route on the Western Slope near Aspen, Colorado. The trail starts from Van Horn Park above Hunter Creek and serves as an out-and-back ride to the McNamara Hut. The route is generally easy, though it includes a few steep sections. It runs through forested terrain with aspen groves and conifers, offering limited mountain views despite the elevation. The road is accessible from April through October. Parking is available at the trailhead, and pets are allowed. While often used by skiers in winter for hut access, it is a viable summer biking option.
