About

Green Door is a single-pitch trad climb located in the Ouray vicinity, Colorado, at an elevation of 12,644 feet. The route is classified as moderate difficulty and consists of a 30-foot blocky dihedral leading to an offwidth roof. Climbers should note a loose block in the middle of the dihedral, though it appears solid. The roof is surmountable using good features outside the crack. The climb requires a single set of select cams, with a #4 cam being useful but not mandatory. Belaying is done from a tree at the top. Parking is available, and the area is pet-friendly.
