Herfendoodle is a 1.8-mile hiking trail in the Jumbo Mountain Trails System near Paonia, Colorado. The trail connects to the creek bed below and offers varied terrain. It begins at the end of the Bang Zoom trail, traveling along the southern border of the system. After passing the Cactus Cutoff junction, the route moves through a deep wash and ascends to Powerline Road. From there, it runs parallel to the boundary before meeting Jumbo Ridge. The trail ends near the 7 Bridges trail. Difficulty is rated moderate to strenuous, with an elevation range of 5,681 to 6,160 feet. The trailhead is located at the end of Pan American Avenue, where limited parking is available for a few vehicles. Additional parking and a restroom are available at Apple Valley Park at the bottom of the hill. Access is year-round. Cell service is limited to 0-3 bars.
