Hop Skip & a Jump is a short mountain biking trail located in the Lunch Loop Trail System on Grand Junction’s Western Slope. The trail begins off the Kids Meal trail, forming a lollipop loop around the lower area of the Three Sisters section, just above the wash that drains No Thoroughfare Canyon. It serves as an entry point to the larger Lunch Loops network, connecting to Nor'easter, Yes N Dee Dee, and the Monument Corridor paved access trail. The route is classified as easy and sits at an elevation of 4,701 feet. The trail is approximately 0.5 miles long, though some sources list it as a 1.0-mile loop or 1.9 km. Parking is available at the trailhead, and pets are permitted. The typical riding season runs from April through October, with some reports indicating availability from February through November.
