Left Project

About

The Left Project is a rock climbing area located on the west side of No Name Creek, just outside Glenwood Springs. The site sits at an elevation near 6,129 feet and offers moderate difficulty routes suitable for climbers with some experience. Access is primarily via a road leading up the canyon, requiring users to cross a bridge and walk back downstream toward the crags. During periods of low water, routes such as those on The Hideout and Jumbled Buttress can be reached by crossing the creek directly. Parking is available at the base, and pets are permitted on the trails. The area features several distinct climbing zones including The Flume Wall, The Hideout, Jumbled Buttress, and Poison Ivy Wall. Popular traditional routes in the area include Twin Cracks, Sumac, and Courage. The site is open year-round from January through December, with an average outing duration of four hours.
