The Merve Connection is a moderate mountain biking trail that can be accessed from April through October, depending on weather and trail conditions. Riders can expect a route that connects to other trails in the area, providing opportunities to create a variety of loop options. The trailhead has parking available, and pets are allowed to accompany their owners. As with many mountain biking trails in the Durango area, the route may feature a mix of smooth singletrack and more technical sections, with some elevation gain and loss.
