Mid-Meadow Connector A is an easy hiking route in Durango, Colorado, situated on the Western Slope at 6,534 feet. The trail connects to Mid-Meadow, which is approximately 1.30 miles long and takes about 39 minutes to complete. Mid-Meadow Connect, the adjacent singletrack segment, is 261 meters long. The combined area offers a relatively flat and smooth surface suitable for hikers of all skill levels. Visitors can park at the site before starting their hike. The trail is open year-round, from January through December. Hikers traverse a grassy meadow with views of surrounding rock formations in the San Juan Mountains. The area is shared by hikers and mountain bikers, featuring winding singletrack through a high-desert landscape. Parking is available directly at the trailhead.
