About
Nebraska's Finest Sandstone Route is a difficult sport climb located in the Nebbyland crag near Durango, Colorado. The route is bolted with six bolts and an anchor, leading to Mussy hooks. It is situated in an area characterized by west-facing exposures and decent Dakota sandstone. The crag is accessible via a trail network starting from the main Sailing Hawks parking area on Junction Creek Road. Climbers should head east on the Junction Rail, take the first left, then follow the Ponderosa Trail north for approximately 500 feet to a junction. From there, take the right trail southeast for another 500 feet, turn left at a large boulder, and follow the left fork to contour the base of the cliff. The area is pet friendly and offers parking.
