New Vision is a sport climbing route located on Grand Mesa, west of Grand Junction. The climb takes place at an elevation of 10,387 feet and consists of approximately 50 feet of vertical rock. The route is rated difficult, indicating it requires experience and physical effort. The climb features four bolts for protection. Climbers start by ascending a slab to an undercut and the first bolt. The first crux involves a long reach or deadpoint past this initial bolt. Following the arete, climbers move right to clip a second bolt, then execute a bouldery move up and left for the second crux. The route continues up the arete past additional bolts to completion. Parking is available at the site, and pets are permitted. The area is accessible year-round.
