About
Queen's Way is a 0.8-mile moderate mountain biking trail located in Redlands, just south of Grand Junction on the southernmost ridge of the Water Tower system. The trail sits on land owned by Redlands 360 Development, where signage permits fair use despite the area not being officially sanctioned. Riders encounter chunky rock features and a small drop midway through the route, leading to a stone throne known as 'the Queen' at the ridge's end. The trail typically runs from April through October, avoiding harsh winter winds and summer heat. Parking is available near the trailhead, and dogs are allowed on leashes.
