Rank Park is a 6.45-acre community park on the Western Slope of Colorado, situated in Durango at 6,530 feet elevation. Located behind Durango High School along the Animas River Trail, it offers a moderate hiking experience suitable for fall visits from September through November. The park provides direct access to the Animas River Trail, allowing for hikes that typically take about 2 hours to complete. Hikers can expect parking availability and restrooms on site. The area features mature trees, open grassy spaces, picnic tables, and fishing access along the river. The park is pet-friendly.
