The Red Lady Express Lift in Crested Butte, Colorado, serves as a moderate hiking route situated at an elevation of 9,374 feet. This four-person detachable chairlift operates year-round and provides access to the upper portion of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. The trail typically requires about two hours to complete and is suitable for pets. Parking is available near the trailhead. The lift runs from the base area up to the top of the Teocalli Lift. It was built in 1997 by Poma and replaced an earlier Riblet double chair. The bottom terminal features wood cladding. During the summer, the lift supports scenic rides and biking activities. Extended hours for bike hauling occur on Wednesday and Friday nights from June 24 through August 14. The area is associated with Mount Emmons and local landmarks such as a beer and an annual festival named after the lift.
