Rocky Ridge is a 1.3-mile black diamond mountain biking trail located in the Hartman Rocks area near Gunnison, Colorado. Situated at 8,289 feet elevation, the trail offers a hard physical rating with approximately 193 feet of climbing. The route is typically completed in about 12 to 13 minutes and can be ridden in either direction. When riding north to south, riders encounter a few short, harder sections at the start of the downhill before transitioning into fast, smooth singletrack. The surface consists of hard-packed ground with occasional rocky chunks. Rocky Ridge connects directly to Beck's Trail, allowing for extended loops. Parking is available at the trailhead, and pets are permitted. The trail is accessible from April through October.
