Shitake Ridge is a short, technical downhill mountain biking singletrack located near Paonia, Colorado. The trail begins at the Hammock on Jumbo Ridge and drops southwest down a ridge line with no switchbacks. It is classified as a double black diamond, indicating a difficult descent. The route is approximately 0.5 miles long and typically takes about 4 minutes to complete. The trail ends at its base where it intersects with Wapiti Whip. Parking is available, and pets are allowed. The trail is generally accessible from April through October.
