Short Shot is a compact, 0.2-mile singletrack mountain biking loop located near Grand Junction, Colorado. The trail is classified as moderate (blue square) and is primarily used for mountain biking, though dirtbike activity is also noted. It sits at an elevation of 4,591 feet and is accessible from April through October. The route offers views of the surrounding valley and the distant Bookcliff Mountains. Riders can redirect onto the Nut-N-2-It Trail and Twist-N-Shout Trail. The trail is approximately 1,198 feet long and takes about two minutes to complete.
