Situated on the Uncompahgre Plateau, this spot features sandstone cliffs approximately 30 to 50 feet high. The climbing consists of 20 to 30 mostly sport routes, typically featuring 5 to 8 bolts per pitch. The terrain offers a variety of difficulties, including steeper options for experienced climbers, with classic routes rated between 5.8+ and 5.10-. The area is accessible year-round, though the soft caprock means top anchors are rare; climbers should set anchors on rock features or juniper trees. Parking is available at the cliff top, requiring a descent via a narrow fissure to reach the climbing walls.
