About

Waka Flocka Flame is a 5.14c sport climb located in Project Wall, Rifle Mountain Park, near Rifle, Colorado. The route covers 130 feet and was first ascended by Joe Kinder. It is described as a link-up that combines the best climbing from three separate lines: Waka Flocka, Living in Fear, and Living the Dream. The climb begins on Waka Flocka, traverses right into Living in Fear for its crux, and finishes on Living the Dream, ending at the chains of Sometimes Always. The Pegg guidebook refers to it as Rifle’s proudest link-up. The route is a single pitch of approximately 37 meters, requiring an 80-meter rope or a full 70-meter rope if stopping a bolt or two from the end. Parking is available at the site. The area is open year-round.
