Horse Gulch serves as the neighborhood anchor for Anarchy Brewing Company, a micro-brewery built and decorated by its founder alongside friends. The taproom showcases small batch beers that rotate frequently, featuring both traditional and unique styles brewed on-site. Current offerings include True Romance Barley Wine, See Alice Sunset International Amber Lager, Dank Panther IPA, and Staches & Ashes California Common. The menu also highlights fruit-forward options like Brain Cloud American Wheat, Dragonslayer Dragonfruit Sour, and Sure Shot Cherry Stout. Non-alcoholic drinkers have access to GF Smeltzer, Ginger Curious cherry hard seltzer, and sodas. Chalkboard Kitchen operates as an on-site food truck from 4 to 8:30pm Wednesday through Sunday, while PiArchy Pizza serves fresh wood-fired pies in the back lot seven days a week from 3 to 9pm.
