Antlers on the Creek Bed & Breakfast

Built in 1903 along Lightner Creek, Antlers on the Creek Bed & Breakfast offers five luxury guest suites in a historic Durango property. We transformed this former homestead, which once encompassed thousands of acres, into a sanctuary for adventure and wellness. Our thick 32-inch rock walls and original coal stove anchors connect guests to the early 1900s, while modern upgrades ensure comfort. Guests enjoy a homemade breakfast and evening happy hour during their stay. A hot tub sits ready for soaking under the sunset, with backyard access leading directly to the creek. Since Karen Weidner’s purchase in May 2023, we have continued the tradition of providing a unique experience just outside downtown Durango’s National Historic District. You can explore the San Juan Mountains or relax in our plush suites, finding a peaceful retreat with free Wi-Fi and ample parking. Our property includes the main house, a separate building that once served as a design studio, and an innkeeper’s residence built in 1999 behind the old barn.
