Brickhouse 737

Owners Hans Vanderploeg and Executive Chef Cory Sargent established Brickhouse 737 in 2016 to create a gathering place in Ouray that bridges the gap between mountain adventure and refined dining. We serve contemporary American cuisine defined by travel-inspired flavors and an emphasis on farm-fresh ingredients sourced from local farms, dairies, and ranchers. Our menu features approachable yet creative dishes, including starters like smoked trout dip and prime Angus filet carpaccio, alongside mains designed to fuel guests after a day on the slopes or trails. The beverage program complements the food with craft cocktails such as the Roselle and Peaches in the Rye, as well as curated wine pairings. We are open seven nights a week from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for both dining-in and take-out. Reservations are encouraged due to limited seating, and large parties of up to 14 guests can be accommodated with specific booking windows. We look forward to welcoming you to our table.
