Casey Brewing and Blending utilizes old-world brewing techniques, including open fermentation and aging in oak barrels, to create complex beers. The brewery uses over 99% local Colorado ingredients and a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria to produce its beers, which are unfiltered and 100% bottle conditioned. Visitors can sample these beers in the taproom, with tasting room tickets available online.
