Cedaredge Applefest

Since 1977, the Cedaredge Applefest has transformed the first full weekend in October into a three-day celebration of the Surface Creek Valley’s agricultural heritage. We welcome over 30,000 attendees to experience our distinct local flair, featuring live music, arts and crafts from more than 200 vendors, and a dedicated beer garden. The festival grounds host an antique car and motorcycle show alongside a pin-up competition, while the Golf Tournament and 5K run keep active visitors engaged. Our event showcases the bounty of local apple orchards, artists, and musicians who have called this area home since early settlers won national awards for their fruit in 1909. This year, marking our 46th annual gathering, we continue to honor the rich history of apple growing in Cedaredge while offering something for everyone. Visitors browse artisan goods, enjoy live performances, and soak in the autumn atmosphere during this true community staple.
