The onsite kitchen prepares fresh salads and kid-friendly options using local ingredients, often infusing Ska’s own beers directly into the recipes. This unique structure houses the largest beer garden in Durango, complementing the brewery’s status as the largest on Colorado’s Western Slope. Ska Brewing has been a local favorite for decades, having been voted Durango’s Best Brewery for more than 15 years. The kitchen operates daily from 11 am to 8 pm, while the tasting room is open from 11 am to 9 pm. Special promotions like Draft Therapy on Fridays highlight the venue's focus on fresh beer and laid-back atmosphere.
