Dimension Fine Homes

Kaitlin Hollister leads Dimension Fine Homes, a Steamboat Springs design-build firm that crafts custom residential and commercial spaces from the ground up. Our in-house architects and builders handle every phase, starting with architectural design and planning, moving through budget definition and design concepts, and finishing with construction, interior design, and landscape installation. We specialize in home, kitchen, and bathroom remodels, as well as media rooms, wine cellars, and home additions. Beyond the walls, we design outdoor atmospheres that complement indoor sanctuaries, ensuring landscape work pulls together the overall feel of your property. We research each site’s unique characteristics and HOA regulations to create cozy, unexpected spaces that reflect the individuality of our clients. Whether we are drafting a new build or renovating an existing home, we focus on creating aesthetically beautiful and functional environments that improve your daily energy. Our process is personal, attentive, and grounded in a deep understanding of the Steamboat Springs community.
