E3 Chophouse

Steamboat Springs’ E3 Chophouse opened its doors in 2013, founded by Adam and Jenn LaRoche. The name reflects Adam’s twelve-year Major League Baseball career, where the first base position is designated as the “3,” and he added an “E” for “Error” to honor his Gold Glove defensive skills. Situated along the Yampa River, our fine dining establishment offers expansive indoor space for dinner, private events, and outdoor seating. We operate seven days a week, serving high-end cuisine with a service-driven approach. A cornerstone of our identity is the E3 Ranch Foundation, established in 2017 by Adam and Jennifer. Ten percent of all net profits from E3 Chophouse flow directly to this foundation, supporting combat veterans, fighting human trafficking, and providing humanitarian aid globally. We process credit card payments with a 3% surcharge to maintain quality, while cash and debit transactions come with no fee. Our menu features raw and uncooked options, including meats, seafood, shellfish, eggs, and various allergens like milk, egg, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.
