Eddington Law Firm

Over thirty-five years of handling personal injury claims define our practice here in Steamboat Springs. We focus specifically on the unique risks of mountain life, from ski resort accidents and terrain park injuries to hazardous winter driving on US Highway 40. As a family-owned firm, we maintain an actual physical presence in Routt County rather than operating as distant Denver affiliates. This local roots allow us to navigate local court procedures and build relationships with medical experts who understand our community. We handle a wide range of cases, including car crashes and slip-and-fall incidents, always keeping the Colorado Ski Safety Act in mind when determining liability. Our approach is straightforward and client-centered: you work directly with your attorney, not paralegals or junior associates. We offer free consultations for injury victims and operate on a contingency fee basis, meaning there are no upfront costs or hourly billing. You pay no attorney fees unless we successfully recover compensation for you. Longtime residents and visitors injured while enjoying Ski Town USA alike find us fighting for their rights with the same determination they expect from a neighbor. Our goal is to help you recover the compensation you deserve so you can focus on healing.
