We transformed the original Mountain Sun Juice Factory into a tasting room that celebrates the wild Southwest’s heritage apples and grapes. Our family-owned cidery crafts artisanal ciders and wines using a traditional European-style process, ensuring there is no coloring, flavoring, or additives, not even sugar. We work with over 50 family orchards and backyard tree owners in Southwest Colorado, sourcing from more than 500 heritage apple varieties and 100 feral apple trees unique to this region. Visitors can enjoy these award-winning beverages in our Arboretum tasting room, which offers a relaxing atmosphere for great conversation and lively events. We handle every step of the process ourselves, from picking and pressing to fermenting and labeling, delivering a product that reflects the simple truth of fruit, yeast, and time.
