First Baptist Durango

Our Sunday gatherings begin at 8:45 AM with Sunday School and continue with corporate worship at 10:00 AM, offering a space for families and individuals to connect in Durango. We structure our services to accommodate different preferences, featuring a lower-key traditional service and a second service with modern music that remains accessible rather than loud. Pastors Jimmy and Jeff lead our congregation, preaching from the Bible with a focus on making disciples who love God and love people. Our children’s ministry is staffed by teachers who actively engage kids during both Sunday School and the main service. We exist to glorify God by enjoying Him together and forming equipped disciples through the life of our local church. Visitors to Durango for a day or long-time residents alike will find a warm, genuine atmosphere where everyone is welcomed.
