Established in 1992, Four Corners Eye Clinic operates as a comprehensive, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice serving southwest Colorado from its base in Durango. The clinic is staffed by five board-certified ophthalmologists: Joshua Zastrocky, John P. Brach, Linda Rose, Anna Kupcha, and Kyle Piwonka.
