Heart and Core Yoga Studio

Our studio space sits on Main Street in Cortez, offering a cozy and safe environment for practice near Mesa Verde National Park. We provide a full schedule of weekly yoga and Pilates classes designed for every level and ability, taught by certified and educated instructors who bring heart to the core of our community. Beyond group classes, we offer massage therapy and bodywork sessions in various time increments, with pricing options for individual appointments and packages. Our drop-in rate is $15, while class passes range from $39 for three classes to $240 for twenty-four, all expiring 18 months after purchase. Private sessions are available at $75 per hour and can be shared by several people. Massage pricing starts at $42 for a 30-minute focus session and goes up to $127 for a 90-minute full-body treatment, with multi-session packs available as well.
