JSM Builders, Inc.

Jeremy and Brian launched JSM Builders, Inc. in 1998, turning a friendship forged in Minnesota into a cornerstone of Steamboat Springs construction. The company began as a small operation focused on custom mountain homes and has since expanded its portfolio to include spec homes, single-family subdivisions, multifamily projects, and commercial builds. Operating out of Steamboat Springs, the firm distinguishes itself through a culture that prioritizes integrity, transparency, and efficiency. Jeremy and Brian remain full-time residents of the town, bringing personal investment to every project they undertake. Their approach champions client goals over bottom-line metrics, fostering collaborative relationships that have allowed them to carve out a distinct niche in the local market. From high-end custom residences to large-scale commercial developments, JSM continues to adapt and grow while maintaining the driven, humble ethos established nearly three decades ago.
