About
We started Propaganda Pie in Redstone’s Historic District, serving Detroit-style pizza from our rectangular blue pans on the Boulevard. Our cooking method honors the Motor City classic, where industrial pans from mid-1940s automotive assembly lines create a signature crispy crust and caramelized cheese border. Redstone, an enchanting mountain village on the banks of the Crystal River, was established in the late 19th century by coal industrialist John Cleveland Osgood. We cook everything from scratch, offering deep-dish pies that are thick, flavorful, and herb-heavy, alongside sandwiches and wings. Customers often praise our BBQ specialty pie and the spicy red sauce that defines our deep-dish style. The atmosphere features comical propaganda posters plastered across the walls, creating a rustic small-town vibe that complements our backyard seating and beautiful views. We accept credit cards, offer wheelchair accessibility, and provide parking, though weekends can get busy. Our team is proud to bring this iconic pizza style to the Western Slope, ensuring every slice delivers that authentic Detroit experience.
