Avon’s gourmet market, butcher, bakery, and kitchen operate seven days a week, serving breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We source our beef directly from R Farm in Eagle and fly in fresh fish from Japan, ensuring every cut and fillet meets our standards for unprocessed, authentic food. Our shelves are stocked with imported Italian pastas, European-style tinned seafood, and artisan-curated sauces and spices, while our produce comes straight from local farms at peak season. The on-site kitchen prepares ready-to-eat meals including sandwiches, salads, soups, and pastries, complemented by precision-pulled coffee and a curated selection of wines preserved under nitrogen. Our bakery bakes flaky croissants, crusty sourdough, and custom celebration cakes from scratch daily, with no preservatives or shortcuts. We also offer Butcher Boxes packed with locally raised valley cuts and catering options featuring cheese and charcuterie boards, sandwich platters, and breakfast spreads.
