Riverview Elementary School

Durango School District 9-R’s Riverview Elementary School serves preK through 5th grade students under Principal Lindsay Neiman, whose leadership helped secure the Governor's Distinguished Improvement Award. The K-12 learning environment emphasizes character development, goal tracking, and service work to help students give back to the community. Families access the 2026-27 Back to School Hub for essential details including enrollment, supply lists, transportation options, and bell schedules. The curriculum prioritizes relevant learning, allowing students to engage in activities they love while meeting educational standards and developing a sense of identity and agency.
