Roomy Dog-Friendly Home with Seasonal Stream - Easy Access to Outdoor Activities

Nine rustic yet comfortable cabins dot the landscape of Lake City, offering a quiet retreat within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Our property sits on the Alpine Loop, providing easy access to fishing, kayaking, biking, and hiking, as well as off-road trails for 4-wheeling enthusiasts. Each unit, ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts, features mountain views, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, smart TVs, and free Starlink WiFi. Guests can enjoy free private on-site parking and ride their off-road vehicles directly from the cabin to nearby trails or dinner, thanks to specific OHV road access dates running from the Friday before Father's Day through September 30th. We provide bed linens, towels, and cable television to ensure a comfortable stay. As new owners since September 2021, my husband and I bring our backgrounds in building and education to maintain high-quality mattresses and linens. During summer burn bans, we offer a propane grill alongside our charcoal grills and fire pit. Located in the San Juan Mountains, Lake City is the most remote town in the lower 48, making our cabins an ideal place to slow down and enjoy outdoor adventures.
