We operate a single showroom where five departments share one team of certified installers who handle everything from sales to winter maintenance. Our shop keeps common parts in stock rather than special-ordering them, allowing us to resolve most repairs within the same week. We serve customers across the entire Four Corners region, including Bayfield, Ignacio, Cortez, Dolores, Mancos, Pagosa Springs, South Fork, Telluride, Placerville, Silverton, and Farmington. Beyond heating solutions, we provide custom art framing services that meet professional conservation and museum standards for photos and artwork. A large selection of frames and mats is always available for customers to choose from. The person who sells you a hot tub or stove is the same person who will walk you through maintenance years later. We offer free, unhurried showroom consultations where you can wet-test a tub or simply wander and ask questions. Our family-owned business has maintained the same shop, phone number, and area code since the Berlin Wall came down.
