Beet Sugar Spirits define the portfolio at Stoneyard Distillery Tasting Room, where Rocky Mountain water pulled directly from the river flows through a private system to create bold, handcrafted vodkas and gins. Situated in downtown Glenwood Springs, the space invites visitors to sample these spirits or purchase bottles to take home. The menu features a wide array of infused vodkas, including Horchata, Orange Ginger, Barrel Reserve, and Cucumber Basil, alongside house-made liqueurs like Hazelnut Coffee Cream. Guests can enjoy complimentary peanuts and popcorn while sipping on signature cocktails such as the Hoppy Hops or a Mary infused vodka cocktail. Outside food is welcome, and dogs are permitted to join their owners on the patio or inside. The tasting room serves as a social hub, hosting Open Mic Night every Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Operating hours run from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, extending to 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
