The Lazy J Coffee Shop

Built inside a wild west building from 1892, our shop sits in the scenic mountain town of Crawford, Colorado. We serve organic coffee and espresso alongside breakfast and lunch staples like BLTs, chicken salad on bagels, and breakfast burritos. The menu also features crustless quiche, bagels, fruit tarts, blueberry muffins, carrot cake, and house-made granola. You can enjoy lattes, hot tea, boba, matcha, and mushroom or turmeric steamers, or unwind with house-made Bloody Marys, mixed drinks, and local wine during happy hour. Beyond the counter, we offer a gift shop and a Book Nook where you can browse books and plants or relax with your laptop. Outside, play checkers on the lawn or snap a selfie with Freckles, the life-sized longhorn mural painted by the owner. We are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., but closed on Sundays. Our friendly staff, including owner Julie Mock, looks forward to welcoming you for a cozy meal or a quick coffee break.
