Since 1983, we have kept vehicles running across the Roaring Fork Valley, operating out of a 1986 Ford E-350 van that brings the comforts of a full garage, compressed air, electricity, and heat, directly to your driveway. Our journey began in Park Ridge, Illinois, where our founder took apart lawnmowers as a child, leading to a career that included managing a J.C. Penney garage and teaching at Lincoln Technical Institute before moving to Aspen in 1980. After working at Timberline Auto, we struck out on our own, eventually settling into the Old Snowmass area where we have lived for over three decades. Today, we serve Aspen, Snowmass Village, and Woody Creek, traveling through the connecting valleys and even into the back country when extraction is needed. Our specialty is auto and light truck electrical work, troubleshooting starters, alternators, and batteries, but our services extend far beyond that. We handle everything from water pumps and cooling systems to timing belts, brakes, steering, and suspension. We also service a diverse mix of machines, including scooters, snowmobiles, tractors, riding lawn mowers, R/Vs, and the growing number of Neighborhood Electric Vehicles. If your car needs a tune-up, your scooter needs to start in the spring, or your R/V needs a cooling system leak fixed, we bring the expertise and equipment to fix it right there on the spot.
