Serving locally roasted coffee and a selection of tea, we have been roasting in Colorado for over 30 years. Our journey began in 1989 when founders Chris Chantler and Craig Arseneau moved to Vail after watching the World Skiing Championships. The Beaver Creek Cafe sits at 8,000 feet in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, making us one of the highest altitude coffee roasters of our size in the world. We source beans from micro-estate plantations around the globe, ensuring they are organically or sustainably farmed. Visitors stop by our scenic location in Avon to enjoy rich, smooth flavors created by unique brewing conditions. We prioritize paying tribute to farming communities by bringing out the best flavor profiles in every cup. Our independently owned business offers a warm setting for a break from the mountains or a quick coffee while exploring the Vail Valley.
